May 8 AGM + Photo Walk

Note that the venue for our AGM has been changed to the Whitehorse Public Library. (The university is not available for meetings in May due to renovations.)
Our annual general meeting will end at 8:00 and will be followed by a Macro Photo Walk along the waterfront.
Photo walk theme: “It’s a Small World After All”. Bring your camera and be ready to photograph small things/macro.

We are joining in with the Yukon Bird Club who have booked a special after hours tour and welcome our members along. Mingle and learn from these avid and often knowledgeable birders. The regular entrance fee of $19 will be charged. You can go earlier but do not be late as we have to meet at the entrance before the regular 6:00 PM closing time.
We have to be out by 8:00 but then we plan to stop at Versluce Meadows in Porter Creek where we might be able to photograph some blackbirds.

Photo Share: Your choice – Submit either a Photo Story series or Bird pics.
Summer Scavenger Hunt assignment.
